Our Process
Get in touch
Our team at Solar Tactics would love to get to know you and talk about your solar goals. We can discuss what it’s like going solar, products we offer, energy usage in general, design choices, or anything else you might be curious about.
We may request you to send us your switchboard photo and your electricity bill/usage data sheet. We review your energy bills, your energy usage, identify your energy consumption patterns, and confirm your switchboard information and compliance.
It's design time
This is the fun part for our installers, where they get to use state-of-the-art software to design your solar system and deliver a compliant solar quote tailored to your requirements.
We may advise you that we will need to conduct a site visit prior to designing a solar quote for your property. This may be necessary for a variety of reasons, including if your property is a new build, if we cannot see your property on map view, or if our installer considers it to be a complex installation.
Start saving!
Your solar installation day has finally arrived! You’ll meet the installation team, who will discuss the plans, design layout, and inverter location. A tutorial on the inverter, monitoring app, other features, and safety will be provided after the installation.
Solar Tactics will ensure that your system is properly installed by using a qualified Clean Energy Council accredited installer. We then organize an electrical inspector to inspect your solar system. Additionally we will contact your energy retailer and distributor and process all the necessary documentation as soon as possible.
